Sattva Meditation Course for Mums-to-be

During pregnancy the veils to subtle realms are very thin. Nature does this so that the mother-to-be can access easily deeper states of consciousness in order to connect with her baby’s soul.

Pregnancy is a time for deep inner work, transformation, growth, and expansion. It is a time to open the heart and listen gently to the baby’s soul and to the Divine voice within.

It is important that the mother-to-be has a daily meditation practice that can support her through this journey in preparation to birth, postpartum, and motherhood.

Sattva Meditation is a transcendental, mantra based technique, stemming from the Himalayan Yogic Lineage. This is a comprehensive, simple and effortless technique which consists of breathe work, Kriya and a personal Māntra. When practiced daily, Sattva Meditation benefits all aspects of one's life.
