Ayurveda is declared to be eternal, because it has no beginning, because it deals with such things that are inherent in nature and because the nature of matter is eternal. For at no time was there a break either in the continuity of life or in the continuity of intelligence

Emily Carton Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula - Soma Shakti Team Support

Emily is an Ayurvedic health advisor, yoga teacher & passionate cook based in the Northern Rivers Region of Australia.

Emily’s journey with Ayurveda began in her early twenties during her first yoga teacher training. This ancient wisdom was able to create a language for things she already intuitively understood about herself, nature and our innate ability to heal. Ayurveda changed the way she saw the world, helped her balance her body & mind and created a new foundation for how she lives her daily life.

Emily offers Ayurvedic health consultations with a focus on Ayurvedic nutrition, cooking workshops, online courses and seasonal cleanses. Emily also loves to share her cooking by offering Ayurvedic catering for sattvic events locally in the Northern Rivers.

Emily is currently studying to be an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula with Soma Shakti & hopes to weave this into her work by sharing nourishing postpartum cooking & care for new mothers in her community.

This invaluable tool can be used to determine the most auspicious timing for conception, identify what may need attention in order to enhance fertility and promote conception, as well as development and support of the child once born - with an insight to their nature and how a mother can best guide and raise the soul they bring into the world. A deeply intimate and inspiring process for both the Mother and Child.
