We gather once again to share the fullness of health this spring, journeying through the elements and channeling our energy and vital force, sharing our processes and purposes in an environment full of respect and mutual support.

General Recommendations: Detox a few days before. Eat fruits and vegetables, cereals, seeds, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, juices, or herbal teas. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes, and also avoid staying up late the night before.

Bring WATER, fruits, and food to share at the end of the ceremony, as well as offerings, tobacco, and flowers. You need to bring comfortable clothing, a dress, a sarong or skirt, a swimsuit or shorts, a towel, sandals, and warm clothing for after the ceremony.
