9:00am - Prenatal Village (Belly Mapping, Rebozo, Sobada, Moon Birth)

10:00am - Voice Activation

10:30am - Sahumerio and Temazcal Ceremony

12:00pm - Closing Ceremony

Temazcal only for women on their second and third trimester

General Recommendations: Eat fruits and vegetables, cereals, seeds, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, juices, or herbal teas.

Bring WATER, fruits, and food to share at the end of the ceremony, as well as offerings, tobacco, and flowers. You need to bring comfortable clothing, a dress, a sarong or skirt, a swimsuit or shorts, a towel, sandals, and warm clothing for after the ceremony.
