Our mission and intention are to share Conscious Conception, Pregnancy, Sacred Birth and Postpartum Care through the lens of the Wise Women Tradition and Vedic Wisdom. We aim to preserve ancient traditions and share the Mother’s work. We provide an integrated education experience and mindful community for Birthworkers and Caregivers.
We are guided by the Cosmic Mother Principle of nourishment, protection, flexibility, service, and unconditional love.

“The course with Soma Shakti has been incredible. Not only did I gather so much profound, gentle, natural knowledge, it was delivered by true embodied teachers.
With each class depicting not just a general back and fourth lecture, but a sacred ceremony, an exchange, where we would complete our practice together, meditate together and then learn together through transmission.
Even the teachings felt like they were being taught beyond the intellectual level, like something was being reawakened within me. Ancient codes within my womb and heart rejoicing at my mind remembering.
To me the sign of a good training, is one where not only do you gain the skills and knowledge to implement the content but one where you also have been transformed through the teachings.
This has most definitely occurred with soma shakti, the start of this course almost instantly sparked my passionate pre conception journey + inspired me for what is possible for my future postpartum journey.
I have connected with plants I haven’t worked with before and have implemented some into my teas and herbal care at home and have felt the benefits of this.
Deeper trust is being forged between my mind and my bodies ability as a result of the teachings.
I have connected with some incredible women throughout the course that feel like friends from afar as we all logged in from different states and continents, all with the same goal in heart.
Having these connections has already proven to be supportive in the journey and I know that wonderful things will continue to evolve as we come together near or far to honour the feminine.
I feel honoured to be able to spend my “work” in devotion to the feminine because of soma shakti.
I spent each car ride to and from my first mumma’s home with her postpartum goodies, first pumping the air with so much elation in my chest for being able to show up this way. What a gift.
A fire has been stoked in my heart and I am filled with excitement to let the waves of creation flow from this inspiration.
